Yes, you can pick your order during our business hours of Monday to Thursday from 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-4pm. Please contact the sales team on (02) 9381 8300 to confirm what time your order will be ready.

WHAT ARE IP, IK & IC RATINGS?

IP stands for Ingress Protection. It is a way of rating how well protected the fixture is from things that can get into it. It is a two figure system (e.g IP67) with the first number (6) rating solid objects and dust and the second number (7) water. Please see guide here.

IK ratings is the measurement of an object being dropped or fallen onto a fitting from a certain distance and up to a certain weight without the glass breaking. Please see guide here.

IC stands for Insulation Contact. The IC rating is used to determine if a recessed downlight is suitable to come into contact with ceiling insulation. IC defines that the light can be covered with insulation.
